The December 2002 Revised Long Term Care RAI User's Manual for the Minimum Data Set (MDS) Version 2.0 replaced CMS's original Long Term Care RAI User's Manual Version 2.0 published in October 1995. Be sure you update your RAI Manual with the March 2007 updates included in this product.
